El FC Barcelona i l’Istanbul Basaksehir FK han arribat a un acord per a la cessió del jugador Arda Turan pel que resta de temporada i dues més. Durant aquest període el FC Barcelona manté la possibilitat de traspassar el jugador en les finestres UEFA, i rebrà un variable en funció del seu rendiment. Per la seva banda, l’Istanbul Basaksehir FK es reserva l’opció de compra del jugador al FC Barcelona.
